No strings attached.Up Next: A Spanish Wine Evening Sunday, July 26 | Afternoon Session at AperitivoThree producers from three different corners of Spain -- Catalunya, Terra Alta, and Galicia -- all farming indigenous varieties most people have never encountered, and making wines that couldn't come from anywhere else. One white, one orange, one red. No Rioja. No Albariño. Just grapes with 65-year-old roots, villages with one winemaker left, and vineyards inherited from grandmothers.We'll be pouring three wines that tell three different stories. • The Experience: A focused afternoon tasting -- three pours, a bite, and good conversation. • The Focus: Biodynamic farming, indigenous varieties, and wines with a genuine sense of place.Spots and bottles are limited for this one.
